"I called yesterday, and Tyler came out today to resolve a yellow jacket "issue" at my cabin. He did a wonderful job of assessing the situation and coming up with the best solutions. And, poor guy, answered my 500 questions! EPC, Inc. sprays for "bugs" every year for me for the last 5 or so years. Customer service is excellent, and the techs are knowledgeable and friendly.
